Pinkturban welcomes Pakistani duo Fake Shamans to their roster with Katha EP. These rising stars have established themselves through numerous releases on labels and DJ gigs across the globe, even turning heads with a breathtaking rooftop set against the backdrop of 17th-century Mughal architecture in their hometown of Lahore.

Katha EP seamlessly contrasts traditional Indian Classical elements with thumping tech house beats for a groovy dance floor experience. "Katha" showcases the hypnotic rhythms of the Indian hand drum tabla and a female recitation of the instrument's oral language as it's been transmitted from guru to disciple through the ages.

"Jugnoo" features delicate female vocals in Urdu that transport listeners to a dreamy world where lovers are stargazing under the night sky, backdropped by fireflies.
